Staicoff Design Company worked hand-in-hand on the interior design with John Cohen Architect, who created a concrete modernist masterpiece on the Pacific Ocean. In the true spirit of collaboration, SDCo consulted on layout, furnishings, finishes, and lighting.

The interior is informed by a minimal finishes vocabulary – the simple primal materials, including concrete walls and floors and eucalyptus ceiling and wall panels, contrast beautifully with the mahogany windows and doors. Additionally, the stair handrail, kitchen floor and dining table are made from eucalyptus harvested from the site during demolition.
